After Superbowl tried to eat a little less. Didn't fuel very well for the race and used my fuel on the warmup and bombed-out the race, counties here we come.

The long run has been toned down a bit. 1:01.38 or something, 8:13 first mile and by the end I was around sub 7 pace. Felt great, good things to come this week.

Shakeout this morning then warmed up later. Feel really fit but I was in a slower heat and the official got in my way at the start. So i didn't cut in until 50 meters and got stuck behind everyone. 2:32 at the half and began to lull off. Finished in 5:12 but I'm not really happy. 1:18 last 400 with 37 last 200. Lots of elbowing and passing in lane three so I know I can do better. Gonna try and break 5 at sectionals. Wish me luck

1.5 mile warmup with 2 min steady in there. Then I raced first heat some splits like

Got excited that I was gonna break 5 so I started to get lax, then hit 1 lap to go in 4:30 and didn't have it in me to kick sub 30, puked twice later. 2 mile cooldown. End of a long and decent season with some ups and some downs. Good to end on a PR.
