Need to work on my mental side

Last morning run, 4 miles easy in Ridgewood. 1 mile warmup, drills, stretching, then 30 min fartlek on my own. Mainly on flat land but did some surges uphill by blue moon and piermont. When I got back to the track I did 150 sprint, 50 jog, and 200 all out, legs were like jello from all the hills and speed beforehand. I used it to sharpen and strengthen for county groups but the hay is already in the barn. All the work from june to now has led up to my big breakout race, and it's going to be this Saturday.
