6xliberty hillsprint, it really sucked and I felt sluggish. Don't think it was a running thing because I didn't feel to explosive on my lifts either. Still okay day of training

Felt good on the longer stuff but after the short recovery before the 200's I fell apart and ran pretty slow. Especially the second one. But my endurance seems good. One bad workout doesn't make or break you just wish I got more overall mileage today.

3 miles in the am today then did 3.2 miles of hilly tempo going up to sub 7 pace on the hill surges. Took the flats at a good but not impossible pace. Solid aerobic workout. 

 

Happy with today's work but tomorrow's tempo is canceled.

3 miles treadmill then we played "perpetual motion soccer" because it was a harder week. Usually I like to still train but I kept moving and changing speed so it was like fartlek

Ran easy with a little uptempo at the end because a walk runner who was from my school kept sprinting to get in front of me. Good run with an uptempo finish.
