Easy run without watch, plantar started to hurt I need new shoes.
Few easy miles with Jay and Matt
Some easy miles with Jay, it was cold out today. Betsy was supposed to run with me and ditched.
Woke up a 5:55 to run, 23 degrees out but I bundled.
Legs were feeling tired, still managed six easy and didn't feel too bad
Warmed up then just went into the run today, felt pretty good. Did 4 strides after.
Warmed up then tried to time trial the mile, but I got nervous and gave up at lap one. Pretty embarrassing but I think I'll try again tomorrow
