Wasn&#39;t with top 2 just because I had to tie my shoe but after I ran badly on rep 6 I jogged back up.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Overall solid workout and I feel ready for the&nbsp;county relays 1600 dmr leg. Still going to do good because it doesn&#39;t matter.&nbsp;</p> <p>After some warm-ups and stuff I ran my race and I led for 3 laps but when three guys moved around me my legs couldn&#39;t get out to full stride and I hit the rail three times and fell off the track, then the race sort of got away from me and I finished 8th, I&#39;m not as angry about the race as usual just disappointed because that was my race to lose and I, well lost it. Felt a little shitty on the second part. We went from 7:50 to start and cranked down to 6:20&#39;s maybe lower, but ended up averaging around 6:40&#39;s so it was solid. But I wanted to drop a bit lol.
