| Long run on a windy afternoon, no watch but I'll guess I was under 8 as per usual. It was a pretty sucky one because of the wind and I was lonley and bored. I would surge up hills for a bit of the run but stopped after getting to Park Ridge because I was a little tired and it was all wind uphill. Then I met a dude from another school at the end so I finally had someone to talk to.

| Did an easy double this morning, followed up with a 45 long and lazy with the boys. Bonding session today lol.
All in all solid day but glutes hurt from lifting yesterday. Gonna go at those 6x400 tmmrw though. Also yesterday I learned I am running the mile at the league meet so that's cool.

| Picture day then juniors led warmups, then the frosh novice did pre race and the three varsity boys did 25 steasy/marathon pace tempo. Felt a little shitty on the second part. We went from 7:50 to start and cranked down to 6:20's maybe lower, but ended up averaging around 6:40's so it was solid. But I wanted to drop a bit lol. Then cooled down, all in all solid run and did abs.
Will do a lift later.

| Ran down to track and met up with team, then 22 min easy. Did 4x150 building after then stretched and called it a day. First shirts off run of the year since it was really nice.

| Easy run at centennial field, somehow still wet and mushy. 60 degrees out wore shorts. Good pre race with strides. Still fighting off being sick, but leagues is still going to be good tomrorow

| AM shakeout run before my race, cough is still rough and a lot of snot in the nose. Still going to do good because it doesn't matter.
After some warm-ups and stuff I ran my race and I led for 3 laps but when three guys moved around me my legs couldn't get out to full stride and I hit the rail three times and fell off the track, then the race sort of got away from me and I finished 8th, I'm not as angry about the race as usual just disappointed because that was my race to lose and I, well lost it. Even though I was sick I still thought I could take a win home and live up to my training, but now I can finally rest, slept 11 hours last night and stayed home sick.

| Crappy day. Had a bad race and got moved to JV, bombed out the first rep of the workout, then was told a guy whos slower than me and replaced me felt hurt so I'm back up now. Weird dayI feel pretty betrayed about it honestly. I put in all this work to get sidelined.

| Cold day, ice on track so workout changed to mile warmup2x4x250 with 150 jogs.
Ran something like 35, 40, 41, 40, 40, 46, 40, 40(h) consistent workout for someone who wasn't feeling 100%. Wasn't with top 2 just because I had to tie my shoe but after I ran badly on rep 6 I jogged back up.
Overall solid workout and I feel ready for the county relays 1600 dmr leg. Trying to medal.

| Finally a double again, did 4 easy in the morning then a 4.21 30 min tempo later in the day. Solid run but the last few minutes we splintered because Andrew sped up. Good effort though. Looking to do more and more tempos till I get the correct pace.

Felt good on the longer stuff but after the short recovery before the 200's I fell apart and ran pretty slow. Especially the second one. But my endurance seems good. One bad workout doesn't make or break you just wish I got more overall mileage today.

| 3 miles in the am today then did 3.2 miles of hilly tempo going up to sub 7 pace on the hill surges. Took the flats at a good but not impossible pace. Solid aerobic workout.
Happy with today's work but tomorrow's tempo is canceled.

| 3 miles treadmill then we played "perpetual motion soccer" because it was a harder week. Usually I like to still train but I kept moving and changing speed so it was like fartlek
