1.5 mile warmup with 2 min steady in there. Then I raced first heat some splits like

1200: 3:51(?) (42)
1400:4:30
1600:5:05
Got excited that I was gonna break 5 so I started to get lax, then hit 1 lap to go in 4:30 and didn't have it in me to kick sub 30, puked twice later. 2 mile cooldown. End of a long and decent season with some ups and some downs. Good to end on a PR.
