| Usual Pre race, 1 mile warm up, drills, stretch, 15 minutes easy with Mike, he's trying to get me to realize I should be the best because I did the most work but am holding self back. Start to feel sick with nasal drip tonight, progressivley gets worse.

| Still getting over being sick from Friday. 1 mile warm up in the woods then warm up drills. 4 mile run but I felt like shit, felt some side stitching but I'll be okay. Just wanted to get home and shower so I didn't stretch after...oops.
