Windy and cold, went out feeling a little tired and my big left toe has some sort of splinter. First mile in 7:49 even with the wind then 7:56, I then went up the hill by the glen to extend it to 5 miles, and came back down, but had to pause and fix pants since I'm too thin for them now. Then resume pace so it was 7:59. Next mile my pace dipped so I picked it up with 7:52 then the last mile I was just clicking along saying my comfort zone is discomfort and finished with the uphill down the block from my house and swung around for 7:16, solid run that was a semi progression run.
