Took me longer to get out of bed, too hyper to sleep. First really cold morning at 44 degrees, took my body time to warm up and I was tired from yesterday so my miles weren't the fastest. Got caught by the train on the way home so I was back a little later.
Got to the track and did 1 mile warmup, drills, strides, stretched. Then did 23 easy 2 upbeat and 4 easy back to the track. Averaged 7:40 range for the 3 miles easy I belive. Really took off on the upbeat, felt good.
