Was at my cousins and it's very hilly, so I did 4 miles easy, got mandatory practice at 3. Later we had practice and we warmed up a mile, stretches, and drills. I felt sluggish on the strides but good by the last one. The workout was 10 easy 10 steady, 2 upbeat, 10 easy. Ran about 7:50 pace for the first mile then was in the 6 something pace for the steady, then the upbeat I don't know what pace it just had to feel upbeat. The easy afterwards was sluggish and essentially a recovery/cooldown.
