Cold day, ice on track so workout changed to mile warmup2x4x250 with 150 jogs.
Ran something like 35, 40, 41, 40, 40, 46, 40, 40(h) consistent workout for someone who wasn't feeling 100%. Wasn't with top 2 just because I had to tie my shoe but after I ran badly on rep 6 I jogged back up.
Overall solid workout and I feel ready for the county relays 1600 dmr leg. Trying to medal.
