Picture day then juniors led warmups, then the frosh novice did pre race and the three varsity boys did 25 steasy/marathon pace tempo. Felt a little shitty on the second part. We went from 7:50 to start and cranked down to 6:20's maybe lower, but ended up averaging around 6:40's so it was solid. But I wanted to drop a bit lol. Then cooled down, all in all solid run and did abs.
