Did an easy shakeout in the morning because I heard good things about that, feel loose after yesteday.
Warmed up then did my race, 6:00 first mile, I belive I hit 12:20 for 2 miles, but I got bogged down in the 3rd and couldn't surge because saturday's race took it out of my legs, felt strong durring the race though, I could taste 18 pace there so now it's just about working hard and running that at leauges next thursday.
