After Superbowl tried to eat a little less. Didn't fuel very well for the race and used my fuel on the warmup and bombed-out the race, counties here we come.

The long run has been toned down a bit. 1:01.38 or something, 8:13 first mile and by the end I was around sub 7 pace. Felt great, good things to come this week.
